Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- SmileOnStyle is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once marked as delivered
- We cannot accept returns for damage caused during washing, including stains, shrinkage, discoloration, tears, or iron damage
- Orders returned due to wrong shipping address or failed delivery attempts: shipping charges will not be refunded
How Do I Make A Return?
- Email us at support@smileonstyle.com with pictures showing the problem/defect
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack your return item(s) securely, in original packaging if possible
- All tags must still be attached
- Returns must be sent within 14 days after receiving the return label
Refund
We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your return.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, changed mind): customer pays return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): we cover return shipping
Important: Returns can only be processed with prior authorization via email at support@smileonstyle.com. Returns shipped without prior authorization are not eligible for refund.

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

After shipping, it may take 1-2 days for tracking information to update. If the status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages with "delivered" status.
